Privacy Policy
We will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whist using our services, e.g. placing an order.
The type of information that we will collect will include – Your title and name, known address, e-mail address, order and payment details. Details may be forwarded securely to other parties in order to fulfil this order only. These will include delivery and payment partners.
We will collect and store information about you to allow us to firstly, process and fulfil any order requirements and secondly to provide you with information to keep you up to date on products, services or promotions we run from time to time. We may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes by email. You can opt out of this at any time, either by writing or emailing us.
In addition to the Information that you supply to us, information and data may be automatically collected through the use of cookies. Cookies are small files stored within your web browser from our website. Our website cookies do not collect personal information about you nor do they allow us to access your computer in any way. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 .

Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, as per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To cancel, please contact us by email hello@rokaskating.com or through our website within 14 days of delivery. We’ll refund the cost of the item(s) minus any applicable delivery charge.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation – You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you miss the 14 day return window or the product is damaged/showing signs of use or missing parts then no refund will be issued.
Shipping Policy
We ship globally from the United Kingdom using UPS.
Delivery Estimates:
Domestic Orders (UK): 1–2 business days
International Orders: 3–5 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Automatic Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location for accurate costs.
Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order by 11:00 am GMT for same-day shipping.
Duties & Taxes
All customers outside of the United Kingdom are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes required by the destination country. We do not charge these fees at checkout. We declare full retail value for customs paperwork.
Return Policy
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order you will be given 30 days from the point of sale to return any items to us. Customers must cover the full cost of return shipping unless the product is proven to be defective. In which case please contact us in advance at hello@rokaskating.com to discuss the issue.
We cannot take responsibility for the loss of any returned packages, so please ensure adequate postal insurance and tracking is used. Any returned items must arrive back with us in the same condition that you received them in. All original components must be included and show no signs of use.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please be aware that card refunds can take between 5 to 10 business days before they appear back on statements.
If you miss the 30 day return window or the product is damaged/showing signs of use or missing parts then no refund will be issued.
Limitation of Liability
ROKA Skating is not liable for damages or personal injury which may occur from the use of, or the inability to use, or the improper use of any product on the site. Products sold by ROKA Skating are extreme by nature and therefore it is a personal choice to seek the risks involved in their use. ROKA Skating recommends the use of proper protective equipment at all times when using inline skates. This should include (but not limited to) Wrist guards, Knee Pads, Elbow pads and a helmet. We always recommend that users inspect their equipment before use to ensure its safety. It is imperative that all bolts and any corresponding hardware is secure before using the product in question.

Due to electronic theft, ROKA Skating reserves the right to cancel any order which appears to be fraudulent. ROKA Skating reserves the right to decide what is characterized by “fraudulent” and will not disclose every reason if requested. Attempts to contact the customer may or may not occur depending on the severity of the situation.
