Terms and Conditions

All Users of rokaskating.com are subject to these terms and conditions by accessing and using the site. If you do not agree to the following, then please do not use the site.

Shipping

  • Worldwide Shipping: We ship globally from the United Kingdom using UPS.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Domestic Orders (UK): 1–2 business days
    • International Orders: 3–5 business days (subject to customs clearance)
  • Automatic Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location for accurate costs.
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order by 11:00 am GMT for same-day shipping. 
 

Returns Policy

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order you will be given 30 days from the point of sale to return any items to us. Customers must cover the full cost of return shipping unless the product is proven to be defective. In which case please contact us in advance at hello@rokaskating.com to discuss the issue.

We cannot take responsibility for the loss of any returned packages, so please ensure adequate postal insurance and tracking is used. Any returned items must arrive back with us in the same condition that you received them in. All original components must be included and show no signs of use. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please be aware that card refunds can take between 5 to 10 business days before they appear back on statements.

If you miss the 30 day return window or the product is damaged/showing signs of use or missing parts then no refund will be issued.

Import Duties & Taxes

All customers outside of the United Kingdom are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes required by the destination country. We do not charge these fees at checkout. We declare full retail value for customs paperwork.  

Limitation of Liability

ROKA Skating is not liable for damages or personal injury which may occur from the use of, or the inability to use, or the improper use of any product on the site. Products sold by ROKA Skating are extreme by nature and therefore it is a personal choice to seek the risks involved in their use. ROKA Skating recommends the use of proper protective equipment at all times when using inline skates. This should include (but not limited to) Wrist guards, Knee Pads, Elbow pads and a helmet. We always recommend that users inspect their equipment before use to ensure its safety. It is imperative that all bolts and any corresponding hardware is secure before using the product in question.

All content that is included in this site is copyrighted by ROKA Skating or licensed to ROKA Skating. This includes (but not limited to) product descriptions, graphics, code, and photography. Permission is granted to print or electronically copy order summaries for the sole purpose of placing an order or for personal records for an order that has been placed with ROKA Skating. Permission to use, distribute, or reproduce any content from ROKA Skating for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited unless authorised by ROKA Skating.

Trademarks

All trademarks, trade names, and brand logos are the sole intellectual property of ROKA Skating.

Warranty Disclaimer

The products provided by ROKA Skating are sold “as is” in new condition, whether expressed or implied. ROKA Skating can not guarantee that the website will be error-free and void of interruptions or that the site or the server which the site is hosted on will be free of viruses or other harmful software. ROKA Skating does take every precaution available to limit such events.

Typographical Errors

In the event that ROKA Skating has incorrectly displayed a product price, ROKA Skating reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the incorrect price. As good business practice, ROKA Skating does attempt to contact any customer where such error has occurred. ROKA Skating reserves the right to offer solutions on a case by case basis. ROKA Skating does not guarantee the accuracy, correctness, or usefulness of information contained or associated with the site, such as but not limited to press releases, industry news, blog updates, or product descriptions and product photos. At the time of publishing such material, ROKA Skating attempts to make every effort to ensure that is current and correct.

Electronic Payment Disclaimer

Due to electronic theft, ROKA Skating reserves the right to cancel any order which appears to be fraudulent. ROKA Skating reserves the right to decide what is characterized by “fraudulent” and will not disclose every reason if requested. Attempts to contact the customer may or may not occur depending on the severity of the situation.

Participation Disclaimer

ROKA Skating does attempt to review all public user generated content such as comments, reviews, and posts made on the site or related sites, ROKA Skating is not responsible for such content or liable for effects caused by its publication. ROKA Skating reserves the right to remove or block any communication that is abusive, obscene, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, offensive, infringes upon the intellectual properties of another, or otherwise deemed unacceptable by ROKA Skating’s discretion.

If attempts are unsuccessful or the information is purposely incorrect, ROKA Skating reserves the right to cancel the order.
